Threshold Mobile App
This was my first real adventure in the world of mobile app creation. I did everything from navigation, instructional text and taglines to the marketing site, submission keywords and blog posts.
It launched in May 2011 with a #12 rank in Utilities in the US and #14 in Canada. It currently sits at a 4+ rating in the App store and has some pretty great reviews. And we just won the FWA Mobile of the Day!
QRitical Race – a QR Code Scavenger Hunt
To better understand how to use QR codes and game theory, we created an internal fun event – a scavenger hunt spread throughout the city using QR codes to check-in and get the newest clue. With the help of two other writers, we came up with the locations, specific route, video clue concepts and scripts.
CM Holiday Helper
Our Critical Mass holiday card. We had so many ideas, we turned it into a mobile-first holiday helper.
For Dell Canada, I wrote a series of emails called “Thank Gadget It’s Friday”. There were thousand of subscribers who received these. And all the content and research was done on my own.
